The Cult Boutique Ltd is incorporated in England carrying out business as suppliers of ladies fashion and we are committed to protecting any data that we collect concerning you. By using our services you agree to the use of the data that we collect in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
We are committed to protecting your privacy
We collect the minimum amount of information about you that is commensurate with providing you with a satisfactory service. This Policy indicates the type of processes that may result in data being collected about you. Your use of this website gives us the right to collect that information.
Our shopping cart takes you through a step-by-step process to enable you to place an order with us. The process allows you to check and amend any errors before you submit your order to us. Please ensure you carefully check your order at each step of the process. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automated email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note, this only means your order has been received and a further email will be sent to confirm we have processed your order and your items have been despatched. The contract between us is only formed once this second email has been sent.
We accept all major credit cards (American Express/MasterCard/Visa), debit cards (Visa Debit/Visa Delta/Visa Electron/Maestro/Solo) and PayPal payments. Your credit card, or other payment method mentioned above, will be debited when you click the ‘confirm’ button in the final step of the order process.
Any credit card used for payment must be in the name of the person placing the order and the same card must be carried at the time of delivery as it may be required for verification purposes.
Deliveries are made to the delivery address given at the time of the order. The customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring accuracy of the information provided. As part of the agreement/contract between us, you will accept and agree that we will not be held liable for deliveries that are delayed nor held liable for deliveries that go missing. However, we will offer a replacement if a delivery goes missing due to the fault or error of a 3rd party (e.g. courier) and if a significant time period has elapsed.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses and, as mentioned on our Returns and Exchanges page, we do not refund postage costs.
We may collect any or all of the information that you give us depending on the type of transaction you enter into, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address, together with data about your use of the website. Other information that may be needed from time to time to process a request may also be collected as indicated on the website.
