Where is my order?
When you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us stating that the order has been received, the expected dispatch date, the postage method used and, where applicable, a tracking number.

Unfortunately, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed and if you have placed an order within the last 24-48 hours, please be patient as it is on its way to you! We have found our delivery times to be accurate for the majority of our orders but if 48 hours have passed and you have not received your order, please use our tracking facility to track your order.

Of course, the delivery time will be dependent on the option you chose when placing your order but if you paid for Next Day Delivery at the checkout, then your item will be with you by 1pm the following working day.

How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible with our couriers doing likewise to fit around your lifestyle and the delivery time will ultimately be determined on the type of option you choose at the checkout when placing your order.

Once submitted, you will see an ‘Expected Delivery Date’ on the checkout page. For single item orders you will generally receive this before 1pm on the expected day of delivery and for multi-item orders, this will be before 6pm on the expected day of delivery.

Please note, all delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed but a summary of delivery times can be seen below:

  • UK & Channel Islands: 1-2 working days
  • Republic of Ireland: 4-5 working days
  • Western Europe: 5-7 working days
  • Western USA & Canada: 6-8 working days
  • Eastern Europe: 6-8 working days
  • Eastern USA & Canada: 6-8 working days
  • North Africa & Central Asia: 6-8 working days
  • South America, South Africa, Far East Asia and Oceania: 6-10 working days

A working day is classed as Monday-Friday.

How do I report a problem with my order?
We aim to ensure your shopping experience with the Cult Boutique is as smooth and enjoyable as possible but, from time to time, things can go wrong so if you have any kind of problem with your order (e.g. difficulty in checking out, the receipt of a damaged or incorrect order), then please do not hesitate to get in touch.

During working hours we will aim to respond to you within an hour of your message and we will always work extremely closely with you to resolve any issues that you may have but please be patient when awaiting a response as there may be other customers in line just ahead of you!

Please check out our detailed FAQ’s prior to sending us a message as this will not only likely answer your question quickly and avoid any delays, but it will also reduce our customer service workload so that we can focus more on bringing out new and exciting products!

We recommend that all order enquiries are sent to us via email customerservices@thecultboutique.com or via the on-line form found on the ‘Contact Us’ page.

Please remember that we only operate limited customer support on evenings and weekends and as such it may take us until the following morning to respond to you.

How do I return an item?
We sincerely hope that when you open your parcel you’ll be delighted with the items you’ve purchased from the Cult Boutique but if you’re not happy with the item or if there is something particularly wrong, then please get in touch with us via the ‘Contact Us’ page where we will endeavour to try and resolve it directly and as quickly as possible!

If you wish to return your item for a refund or an exchange, please fill out the enclosed returns slip you will find in your parcel and pop the item back into the post to us. You do not need to contact us before using this method but please fill out the form as comprehensively as possible and remember to include the correct postage!

Once you have put the item back in the post, you have our guarantee that we will take care of everything with no inconvenience to yourself. We will aim to process your refund/exchange within 7 working days of receipt and will keep you informed via email but if you haven’t heard anything from us within 2 weeks of returning your item, please get in touch so we can carry out a full investigation.

Can I exchange an item instead of requesting a refund?
Absolutely, this is no problem at all! We are more than happy to exchange an item for you whether it’s for a different size or for an entirely different item. This will be free of charge with the exchange being carried out as swiftly as possible.

This can be done in an identical manner to returning an item as detailed above only on this occasion, specify on the return form that you require the same item in a different size or which new item you would like instead. The returns slip will allow you to fill out all the necessary details with minimum fuss.

Once again, as soon as you have put the item back in the post, you have our guarantee that we will take care of everything with no inconvenience to yourself. We will aim to process your refund/exchange within 7 working days of receipt.

Please let us know if you are in urgent need of your exchange, especially if it’s for a special occasion, as we aim to send exchanges back out using our 48-hour service! How much does it cost to return an item?
We ask that all customers pay their own postage, keeping a record (and receipt) of what they paid and when. For single item purchases, we ask that you return it in an identical manner to which it was received, sending it in a flat pack and as a ‘large letter’ via the Royal Mail as this will be considerably cheaper than sending it as a packet or parcel.

You can use the original packaging to return the item, if it is still of a good enough quality, but please ensure that the item is securely packaged before returning it back to us.

If you received your item later than the estimated delivery date due to an error with the courier or ourselves, please message us via the ‘Contact Us’ page before returning the item in order to gain approval from us that part or all of the postage costs will be returned. This rule only applies if your item arrived more than 5 days later than the estimated delivery date.

Can I set up an account? If so, what are the benefits?
Opening an account isn’t essential but it’s quick and simple to set up an account with the Cult Boutique and you’ll benefit in a number of ways.

Once you’ve made your first purchase, your billing and shipping address details can be saved thus ensuring you can checkout quicker in the future. You’ll also have access to your order history including up-to-date information on your current order.

You’ll be automatically added to our newsletter (which you can opt out of at any time) which means you’ll be the first to hear about all our latest offers and promotional discounts exclusive to the Cult Boutique members!

Rest assured, financially sensitive information belonging to you will not be saved in any shape or form.
